Common questions for our pilot participants

What should I test during the pilot?

Upload manifests, run valuations with different condition settings, and explore the saved valuations feature. Try to use the tool as you would in your real workflow.

How do I give feedback?

Use the Support tab in the main dashboard to send feedback directly. Tell us what works, what doesn't, and what features you'd like to see.

What if I find a bug or issue?

Report any issues through the Support tab. Include details about what you were doing when the issue occurred. We'll investigate and get back to you quickly.

How long is the pilot program?

The pilot runs for 90 days. During this time, you'll get free access to all features in exchange for a simple questionaire. We'll notify you before the pilot ends about continued access options.

Will my data be saved after the pilot?

Yes, all your saved valuations and settings will be preserved. You'll have the option to continue using the platform after the pilot period.

Do I need eBay API credentials?

For the pilot, eBay credentials are required, plase follow the guidelines under "Configuration Settings" to get started. You can store your eBay Client ID and Cert ID within the "Configuration Settings" section.
